 Our founder grew up in the generation when processed foods became available, easy and convenient, therefore they became a staple in her family growing up. She has spent much of her adult life learning about real functional foods and nutrition. The most important and life changing thing she changed was changing her eating to mostly plant food. As she changed her eating to feed herself and her family, she discovered how much the foods we eat affect our energy, our mood and overall well being. Microgreens are an amazing way to add  nutrition to meals and are so versatile and easy to use.  It would be an honor to bring these amazing foods to you.
